Baby red cheeks.

Very confused....

This started shortly after the last round of vaccines she's never had reaction to before. Along with a beach day.

I applied a new sunscreen before and after being in the water. Her hat that has always provided great face protection was only off during water time (20 min).

This can also be a new teething symptom even though her only symptom with first 2 teeth was lots of drooling!

The sunscreen has titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, white tea, aloe, jojoba oil...

Elimination communication/potty training.

My little girl is 6 months old. I'd like to get her to associate potty with going potty!

She cues that she is pooping DURING. Peeing, I haven't noticed any cues.

Past 3 weeks, she has been peeing during diaper change on the table. I tried seeing if she pees when I take off the dirty diaper and have her over the toilet. Nothing. Until I bring her to the changing table.

Any babies allergic to apples or absorbic acid (derived from vitamin c through chemical process to not full vitamin c despite even natural origin).

My little one has had this rash show up every time after eating Mott's no sugar apple sauce absorbic acid added. Which is considered generally safe for babies in low amounts.

Any moms out there have experience with homemade baby formula? (Baby under 1 year old).
No cow milk, soy, bone broth, or rice derived since she is only 5.5 months old and rice and soy bases have health risks regardless of age.

I am aware of risks from commercial formula as well as benefits (such as less chance of measurement and cleanliness issues).

If I do make her formula, it will be under the guidance of her doctor.

I'd like to hear about anyone's experience. The good and the bad!

Hi! My little one is 5 months and 1 week old.
She has so far tried rice cereal, carrots, blueberries and banana.

She eats fine. She is still mostly on formula and a bit of breast milk. (I have very low production and she has become disinterested in my breast)

So I was wondering what's the earliest that a baby can be eating with a diet mostly of food and supplement with some formula/breast milk?

I understand that she shouldn't try cow milk, honey, or citrus by age 1. And to wait a few more mo...

Any parents of multiples (different or same age), adopted children?

I'm thinking of in a couple years adopting a child from foster care/group home that's either a baby that can breastfeed while I'm still producing.. or a a child my daughter's same age. (She will be about 2yrs old by then) or a child older than her.

I have lots of questions and lots to learn but this is mainly to ask what is a good age in your opinion? (Obviously any age has difficulties and awesomeness). Also we may randomly ...

Just started this cloth diaper routine. It's not too difficult but I'll stick to mostly disposables while going out...and daddy will stick to disposables until he gets the hang of this and over the ick fear :)
