Ugh okay update on the home ! It’s a short sale, we’re getting the home for about 60-80k less than it should be priced which is fantastic of course. But it’s just a long process !! My realtor who is a mutual friend assured me not to get too excited until papers are officially signed and that could take up to 3 months ! Wtff!
I’m a first time buyer and the home is beyond perfect ! My hopes are so high and I’m so anxious about it. Trying not to have such high hopes so if anything crumbles I don’t cry like a baby😩

Be patient. Our home was a short sale and it did take about 3 months. If all goes well you will have a nice home and a good investment. I Hope everything works out for you guys.

The home is so nice, we were the first offer and offered what they asked with a 3% sellers assist!
I’m a first time buyer so im learning how this goes ! I’m just nervous they will be offered more ? Or take someone else’s offer?
My mom said since I was first offer and it’s what they asked for my chances are high !

Ahh! I hope everything goes well. We close on our house in 2 weeks and we found our DREAM home a few months earlier. Found out it was a short sale and could take up to a YEAR😭 We also had to pay $3,000 just to apply and put an offer in. I was so heartbroken, i still think about that house haha

Ugh that stinks!! I am so new to this I am being guided step by step and ask 10 questions for every step lol!
I hope this experience turns out to be a positive one! The seller signed which is great but now our battle is with the bank😩 which I heard was the worst part!! But hopes are high !
