@jilian You're right you should stand up for what you believe in, for me this is the same Country that gave smallpox to Native Americans and Syphilis to the Tuskegee Airmen. Amongst other diseases they've created.
I guess if my kid has to go doing the same way Pocahontas died is kinda neat.
As a mother with a child who has a health condition and vaccinations can cause reactions I wish more parents would vax. Then my baby could live in a world where she would be less likely to contract something. All of my children are vaccinated even the one with health problems. She just had to do one at a time over a longer period because of flares. As a woman who has had cancer effect children in her family I wish more parents would vax so that my cousin didn't have to worry about his immune system being ravaged by a disease that could have been prevented.
I know to non vaxers none of this matters but to me and my family it does. It also matters to the millions of families who are effected by autoimmune diseases and whose immunity has been compromised.

I absolutely do! They have been proven safe and effective. Im glad that they are available and I can protect my children from potentially deadly diseases. I'm also glad to be doing my part to help infants and immunocompromised children and adults be less at risk for contracting diseases that would be deadly to them. I think it's sad that so many people are now choosing to put their children and other children at risk by not vaccinating.
