How Im taking my prenatal. I open the capsule and put it on on scoop and cover it with another scoop.
I actually am going to regret this when I done eating it but idgaf because I need to take this crap and my son will not suffer for what I can tolerate and I don’t have the extra money to get the gummies yet.

Just so you know, if you don’t take them it won’t harm your baby. There’s tons of moms who can’t take them- gummy or not.
I took them religiously with my first but this time around they would cause me to have nasty headaches that Tylenol didn’t help and I’d get sick. I spoke with my dr about it at the beginning and he said don’t take them. Haven’t taken them my whole pregnancy and she’s been growing great- ahead even lol

That marvelous but my diet is so poor I think I need them. I can barely eat and with that alone I feel I need to take them at least until that can change. I got my first appointment Wednesday so I will ask then base off what they test.
