How long does it take to conceive after nexplanon?

I'm sure everyone is different but I got pregnant my first time ovulating after getting it out

Just a few weeks. I had it taken out the beginning of December had a small period a couple days later then around the 20th of December I had another one and got pregnant right after that. My son was born the September after
