So mom decided not to iron her son’s clothes. She told him to do something with his hair. He ran to his room looking for a comb... but he couldn’t find one.
You see... Walter Sammons, a black man, invented the comb.
He figured he would just brush his hair instead, but the brush was gone too.
You see, Lyda O. Newman, a black female, invented the brush.
What a sight to see!
No shoes, because Jan E. Matzelinger, a black man, invented the shoe lasting machine, wrinkled clothes and his hair a mess!
Even his mom’s hair was a mess because without the hair care inventions of Madam C.J. Walker, a black woman....well, you get the picture.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Today, we are deeply saddened by the news that @Martinajjones' baby, Jason Andrew Colley, was born early and passed away. He was born today, on his father's birthday, at 34 weeks, weighing 4 pounds 7 ounces and 17 inches long. @Martinajjones has been a strong member of this community since January. We are so sad for her loss, and her family's, and our thoughts go out to her.
