@doubleksmommy, lmao believe if I could afford it we would be gone today lol . This is the first year it’s been THIS cold but almost every year we hit negatives . But yesterday the wind chill had it at negative 25 !

Lol I am Southern Californian born and raised and about 10 years ago I moved to upstate New York for school and then to Montreal. It was definitely a big difference! But you do get used to the cold (doesn’t mean you enjoy or like it). 🤣 And then there gets a point when it is spring and only like 30 out and you are like ‘Yes! T-shirt weather!!’ and then you are like ‘wow, when did that become warm to me.’ 😂 But when I go back to Cali for months you get used to that weather and think 60 is freezing again.
Lol wow yeah I guess you would getb"use" it up but I hate being cold. Like for vacay, sure but to wake up to it every winter nope. I do want to go to visit NY tho in the winter so I get that experience of real cold lol
