They must be sent by 1/31. Now if they're mailing them it could still be up to 2 weeks to receive them given a 7-10 days time frame on USPS.
If by then you don't receive them the irs can order a copy of your w2 and sent to you, but unfortunately that takes time too. That's of they don't already have a copy of your w2.

@jenny955, I asked my old co worker if hers was sent and she told me she didn’t send hers either and she’s been calling as well.
