If you think that you actually have influenza then yes you should go to the hospital. It can escalate very quickly.

I had the flu while pregnant with my daughter. I ended up having to go to the ER for iv fluids bc i kept throwing up whatever i would drink. As long as you can keep fluids down and no high fever then you're good. Try drinking Gatorade for extra hydration
