Id say onsie or thise cute 1 piece outfit wt no pants and light socks and maybe a thin swaddle blanket for the evening

Our babies are opposite seasons so I was recently feeling the same about this baby being a winter baby! I always tried to follow the rule of if youre hot or cold they will also most likely be hot or cold. We brought our July baby home from the hospital in a regular short sleeve onsie with just socks and mittens(for scratches) on. I had a thin muslin swaddle blanket that I used to drape over his carseat for the sun or to tuck over him in case the car AC was colder than I thought and played most of the other days by ear with lots of weather checking and mostly just used short sleeves until it got cool out!

Onesie or just a diaper my baby was born in July and was naked most the time abd if it got chilly id dress her in light cloths

I’m not pregnant or anything but I’ve always wondered this too before I had a winter baby I’m like how do you even keep them warm and I’ve thought if I had a summer baby how do you even dress them 😂

My son was born in June, top comment is right, if ur hot or if ur cold baby most likely will be too. But at first I was alil confused too mostly abt baby hats lol always see newborns with baby hats, but we kept him in onesies no hat and socks.. with a light blanket Incase.

Now with the air conditioning put him in a onesie then pants socks and sometimes a hat. Always tried swaddling but he hated it and always broke out and slept like a starfish lmao he kinda enjoyed abit of cool over being warmer or wrapped up.

Boys I'm not too sure but dresses were a life saver with my eldest. Easily pairable with leggings if they do get chilled, easy to diaper change. Perhaps some gender neutral baby gowns until you pick up their preference?
