Typical. They never have enough staff to keep up with lines at the registers much less take care of fish. I got a beta from them and I felt like I was saving its life.
That's because there are to many fish in that tank I'm sure. It's supposed to be one inch of fish per gallon. And goldfish are the messiest fish there are. But unfortunately this is normal to see in any pet store. I've worked in a couple. It's just that they have no one working in the pet area enough to discard the dead fish. Goldfish like this are typically sold as feeder fish in most pet stores.
Tbh Walmart just needs to be shut down and replaced, they screw over their employees, half the stores aren’t stocked the way they should be, half of em need to be updated like really bad, they don’t take care of the fish properly, I mean the list goes on and on, you should see the Walmart here where I live, they always have expired stuff on the shelves... I’ve bought things that weren’t even expired and it had mold on it SEVERAL times, so has a few of people I know, there’s a lot more too but i think I’ve typed way to much already lol.
yeah especially the bread isle, it’s always empty besides the few loaves of bread that nobody likes or buys lol and the chip isle sometimes looks like a ghost town here lmao. The veggies and fruits are always gross too.
we don't buy food there but I've seen expired stuff. I get other household stuff and baby stuff and those areas look like ghost towns. Also lots and lots of stolen goods. I love how the people who still take the item out of the package and hang it back up.
