I would make sure to eat when I felt a it hungry and only small meals. If I over did it I ended up throwing up. I also made sure to take my prenatal in one of these small windows. I wanted to make sure the baby had what I couldn’t provide. Oh and lastly ensure the shake became my new friend. I hope this helps a bit.

Ive heard saltine crackers, but for me I had to just eat something dry or I would start puking out of nowhere. I even just about fainted once. So eat something dry and keep eating a lot of fruit and vegetables. Also water, drink, drink, drink..just my advice

The first few weeks I lived on crackers whether I was hungry or not. Just snacked on them every now and then.

Saltine crackers, water ginger ale. Try soup like just the broth

agree with all of the above. Lol I've snacked on crackers like saltines, but also be careful with those. the roof of my mouth is so torn up right now it's making it hard to keep eating. cheerios are amazing. ginger tea--or anything with ginger helps soothe the stomach. I snack on oranges, like clementines, fruit helps with morning sickness....and stay hydrated, it's a lot easier to keep things down if you are.

If you can’t handle ginger try mint or cinnamon.

I had it bad with my second kid, i was sick everyday for 5 months. BUT surprisingly i ate cucumbers because they’re mainly water and i was able to keep those down. Strangely enough i couldn’t keep any actual water down, just cucumbers 🤷🏻♀️

Toast, fruit, juice, cereal. Just try to eat a little at a time and go slowly. I started having nausea and no appetite around 5 weeks and it got worse until about 11 weeks then just stopped within the next week. Pickles can help with nausea, preggie pops are great too.
