I need serious help with my 3 year old. Anytime he is here with the twins he constantly messes with them and is now constantly playing with their baby toys. Sometimes he will not even let them play with them. I never even see him play with the millions of toys he has. Seriously when I watch him for 11 hours a day he just always messes with them. He will also kinda kick or slap them as he walks by them and mess with them while they are trying to stand and walk. He will do just about anything. I'm scared he is going to get to violent with them soon? Anyone go through anything similar with siblings? My husband and I are at our wits end and don't know what to do anymore

I have no advice and wish I can bump for you. Sorry.

This is normal behavior for someone his age with siblings close in age. Let him play with the toys he'll get bored eventually or maybe sit down with him and play together with his toys. Do you give him individual attention? Schedule play dates with other kids his age. Take him out just you and him or him and his dad. If his grandparents or uncles/aunts are involved let them take him out if he behaves for a certain amount of time. If he pushes his siblings then he doesn't get to go. Reinforce good behavior.

Nothing works. We even try time outs constantly, he laughs at us. He also does other odd things, like every room he goes in he has to close the door and turn the lights off. Its constantly annoying when you are trying to do things. We have to tape the light switches.

I also have a 3 year old and a 1 year old. They constantly fight over toys. They only want to play what the other one is playing. The older one hits, pushes, wrestles the younger one. I think it’s normal. Recently the younger one has been fighting back. I just have to be constantly there and I send him to time out or take toys away. He’s probably jealous and as the others have said try to spend time with just him and reinforce good behavior.

He has a routine at night just before 8 daddy puts him in PJs, potty time and brush teeth. He's usually on the couch at 8 or a little after. I'm the one that gets the twins ready for bed. I usually have them in bed between 8 and 8:30. And I've told my husband when our son gets up at night and comes out there he has to take him back to bedroom but he will not. So I don't understand why he does not. I sleep in master bedroom with the twins. So that's his job to put him back to bed, he runs out there to him not me. Im busy getting up with the twins if they cry
