Around 3-4pm I started getting nauseous again. I went to the bathroom 30mins ago had some brown discharge. Not a lot like a mucous plug, but like pieces. Then I just went again and had a bunch of pieces come out and I’m very wet down there. Any suggestions? Or anyone experience this?

Call your doctors office if you're concerned. Most likely it's nothing to worry about because even if it's your mucus plug, it can regrow.
