Today is so bittersweet. It’s the last day before my baby gets his helmet tomorrow. I’m excited to get this process started but I’m also really sad. I’m so nervous for how he’s going to like it and how I’m going to feel once I see him in it. To moms that have had babies in helmets, how did your babies adjust to it the first couple of days? And how did you feel once you saw your baby in it? I feel like I’m going to break down. It’s definitely going to take me a few days to get used to. Is it normal to feel like this? I was pretty ok with it up until today, and now I’m just a mess. I know it’s not a big deal and helmets are pretty common now, but I still feel so sad about it.

My daughter adjusted really well. I was amazed just be prepared for your baby to smell like a foot. Lol You will be fine momma! I thought I would cry as well when I first saw her in it but I laughed because of how cute she looked! ♡ My daughter has to wear hers until she turns a year!

Did her sleep change at all? My baby is sleeping through the night and I’m afraid he won’t now bc of the helmet. I hope I laugh when he gets it on, I have no idea how I’m going to feel! How old was your daughter when she got it on? She looks so adorable in her helmet, I love the design on it!

my daughter was 5 months when she got it! The first couple of days it did change her sleep but once she got used to it she started sleeping thru the night again!

my son is almost 5 months too, did she seem to mind it when you put it on her the first couple of days? My son is also teething really bad so I’m nervous he’s going to hate it. I’m hoping these next couple weeks will go fast!!
