When I was pregnant they did the same to me and my doc said to just take 2 Flinstone vitamins twice a day and that worked for me
I’m getting to the point where I can’t even swallow pills 😷
@whatwildflowerwants, I just looked it up online and was reading that there was a bad batch at one point that was recalled, it had a strong fish smell. Mine don't smell bad at all.

My prenatal vitamins made me gag as well. The ones I took were prescription. I switched to the chewable ones (cherry flavor) and it worked out better for me.
I took chewable last pregnancy. I may have to go back to them.
