So has anyone made anything out of cauliflower? Example: pizza crust, cauliflower tots, cauliflower risotto? I hate cauliflower because it tastes too much like cabbage to me but I want to try to make cauliflower risotto. If anyone has tried it how did it taste? Did all the additives kill the cauliflower taste?

I make cauliflower mashed "potatoes" and with enough butter and seasoning, you can't tell it's cauliflower. I can trick lots of people into eating it before telling them what it is. 🤣 I'm sure the same can be said about doing it with other recipes.

We have Cauliflower rice all the time now and it always tastes like whatever you put I to it, it doesnt have much taste on it's own imo.
