No such thing as removal. Bio oil, cocoa butter daily. I did it my entire pregnancy, doubled up on every moisturizer I could get. I didn't get stretch marks until the last month and even then they weren't bad.

Only way to remove stretch marks is surgery. All the lotions and stuff are scams, stretch marks are usually hereditary, so if you’re going to get them then you’re going to get them (lots of people think the lotions work because they used them and didn’t get any but it’s only because they have good skin elasticity)they’ll lighten up over time but they’ll never truly go completely away, some people get them removed by laser removal, not sure how pricey it is though.

Short of cosmetic surgery, none. You might be able to fade them with bio oil or vitamin E but that's about it.
