Hello ladies!! HELP!! Im half way there, so excited. Nausea finally stopped but now i have these crazy back pains. Im not even big and i already cant sleep because of what feels like a pinched nerve in my back... anyone have any acupuncturist or massage therapists they would 100% recommend? Im scared of going to someone that doesn’t specialize on prenatal, or has experience. I have a cigna ppo so if you got them through insurance that would be a plus, or maybe they have a several sessions offer? I talked to several that charged $125 plus.. and ill have to go once a week 😳
