Any stretches or anything to help with lower back pains? They’re getting worse by the day and Tylenol has stopped helping 😭😭

Chiropractor, it helped me so much during pregnancy. I wish I had gone sooner, I had been sitting weird and my hips were unaligned, I felt amazing leaving.

This heartburn is horrendous, everytime I eat, no matter what it is it's severe. No amount of gaviscon is helping! 😭😭. What else can I do?

I always had horrible lower back pain and honestly, I laid on my back on a hard floor and reached my hands way above my head !! Still do it today and it works best for me ! Hope it works for you !
