With #2 on the way, we were looking to rent a home/apartment 2 or 3 bedroom but I need advice from y’all!!
If we decided on the 2 bedroom,, is that realistic with having 2 under 2. I know we could make anything work but I guess I just need to hear it 🤞🏼🙃
Yes I do love cute mobile homes too!! But the ground rent can be so expensive! I seen mobile homes for 30k which is great,, about $2-300 a month but the ground rent was like $700😩!! Affordable for most but we’re on a tight tight like trying to fit in pre pregnancy jeans tight budget☹️
Where we live it's pretty s
Cheap we have a 2bedroom right now and only pay 850. @brianamestichelli but we have a dog so we want a yard I'm thinking of buying a mobile home.
Yes we had a 2 bedroom for 850 before the basement flooded ! But that was lucky finding that home for rent, plus it was real small
We are planning on number 2. We are working on buying a house at the moment and we are getting 3 bed rooms. I’m a stay home mom as well and I’ll have to make sure not to go crazy on buying stuff
Yes buying a house is fun but so hard !! Besides the closing cost and deposit,, you need furniture and me personally I love to make it real homey 🥰🥰 so Me + bed bath and beyond would be my husbands worst nightmare lol
For us, we need each kid to have their own bedroom because they both sleep best in their own space. It really depends on your kids.
I'm on the same boat my daughter's gunna have to share her room with this baby @brianamestichelli
Yes and we are trying to find a spacious apartment but they’re all as much as a mortgage ! Makes my head spin
As long as you dont go crazy with stuff for the baby. There is so much unnecessary stuff that people buy that just sits in the closet forever.
Yes cuz the oldest could have the other room u can always put the baby stuff in his/her room n just have the crib or bassinet in ur room
I need a bigger house we have 5 adults and 1 child in our house and it's a 2 bedroom trailer. Karen has her room then me and hubby have our room then our 2 roommate sleep in the living room 😭 too many people in our house!
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I really hate tampons. I know we need them, but I really really hate them.
Share your son's names ?
So im due in 8ish weeks with a little boy but we cant find a name that we both love so please ladies comment your boys' names ! I need some inspiration ??
So I'm kinda stuck. We currently live in a decent size 1 bedroom and I'm stuck on of I should get a 2 bedroom my lease is up around my due date. Idk if you all know but a two bedroom out in Orange County is around 1600 a month. 😣 I pay 1175 a month now for my one bedroom. What do u moms think is it worth paying much more for a two bedroom I mean I do need a place for her clothes crib ect or should I just make room? Feeling stressed about this
I love it I just hate being upstairs! And their pet friendly!
