Yes I know he's mouthing my older sons small truck. It's dangerous but I'm right here to take it away from him. He always gets his toys. But I have a question about sore on face.

So my twin boy got this weird little spot on his right check yesterday. I remember I saw it starting to appear before lunch time and by the end of the day it was a few little red bumps. They look like pimples now. Only thing I can think it is would be a rash from drooling. The drool gets all over his mouth area when he has his pacifier in. I know you guys are not doctors but is it worth a trip to doctors? I'd rather not go with all the sick people around
