It is ok to microwave baby food?

I never did can course hot spots

I empty it out into a bowl and microwave it

I did as above into a bowl... just make sure if u do, u stir it well, let it cool and obviously check it b4 giving it to baby xx

Pop some in a bowl for 20/30seconds and stir well xx

You can warm it using hot water if its a pouch :) xx
