The queen has two birthdays so why can't we celebrate half birthdays as well. Personally I wouldn't as with 4 kids we'd be celebrating near enough every month & that's just wayyyy too much money. But each to their own & all that x
My friend has a half bday in June because she was born on Xmas day. Through school her mum just celebrated her bday in June and just her family celebrate her actual bday in December.
I don't think I'd be in board with a half bday as an additional celebration. 1 bday is enough lol
@erincharlieconor, @mummyto2tinyhumans, @x-t-x, @courtniek98x, @colls2018, @lynda84, @sara-lou86, @kerry26_92, @genieh, @k1mt, so glad it’s not just me 😂 I do have a friend who celebrates her adoption day rather than her birthday. Her birthday is in December and she was officially adopted in May so her parents celebrate that day because obviously it’s important but they found it easier to arrange parties in a warmer month! They don’t actually acknowledge the day she was born
This little girl I know has a half birthday because her real birthday is in a cold month so they have a Party in the summer aswell it’s just extra
I had a friend at school who celebrated half birthdays - but only because her sister's birthday was 6 months before hers (May and November), and their parents didn't want one feeling left out.
Always thought it was weird though
No way must be mad.. although I try n pull a birthday week (never happens tho haha) xx
As if Christmas and birthday weren’t expensive enough 😂
I think it would destroy all the excitement for the actual birthday. Big hype once a year is enough x
