@constancecheyenne97, they never go away, they just shrink? I have them also. They only flare up when I’m straining to go to the restroom. But I take stool softener so they don’t flare up

I could never get mine to go away so I just take hot baths without soap. Just hot water and they go down in size but that's about it. I either have to live with them or get them removed. So far I'm just living with them.

Sitz baths helps a lot! I know they have ones you can put on the toilet and sit in. I do that along with preparation h gel and tucks pads to wipe.

I've been using the preparation h cream but I almost got one gone and another popped up😫
