Okay.. so I'm in a impossible situation with my daughters father. I'm not proud of it, but there are two possible guys it could be. One was supposed to do a DNA test, did the swab kit and everything but I havnt heard from him since she was a few days old. Shes now 5 months. The other I asked to do one and he said only if I agreed to sign a paper saying I wouldnt go after him for child support. I'm not sure what to do, and I'm also very terrified. mlynm90 Definitely do court ordered DNA. Do not sign anything waiving child support.
