I mentioned before how going out in the cold makes me gag or almost vomit. Now it’s worst. The moment the cold air is breathed in (not a big breath, normal breathing) I start choking && almost always vomit now... thoughts? I’m going to bring it up in my next appointment. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this.

Are you able to wear a scarf or a face mask? That may help a bit.

Cold air is an air way irritant. Use a scarf. It's not uncommon. Same thing happens with my 2 year old.

My niece is the same way. Especially when she would come inside from running around at recess in the cold. Scarves help a lot! You can breathe through it whenever
