My little guy is up to 10 lb 3 oz! He’s growing fast! His DR said that I could switch him from Enfamil AR to Enfamil Gentlease and just add 1 teaspoon of rice cereal to every oz of formula for his bottles. That way it should help with him being fussy and gassy but the cereal will help his reflex. Going to give it a few days and if there’s not a big change then I’ll keep him on the AR.

Eeek. Please don't. That is a very old school remedy. It's a choking hazard and not good for their gut health!
Take a peek at my solids post. Yup cereal is a solid. Especially since your baby was premature, you need to be extra careful.
See a GI for reflux. Meds are not the enemy and is very common for preemies. There's tests to confirm, other methods, etc.
