My husband recently told me he didn’t love me anymore but wanted to find the spark again then it went to I do love you I said it out of. Anger then it went to I want to love you and now he’s at I love you so much. Since the I don’t love you 4 days ago it’s like living with a stranger and he keeps trying to show affection and stuff but I’m still so hurt by what he said

If you guys love eachother youll do what it takes to make it work i understand how you feel ... have you guys ever thought about counsuling?

He refuses because he’s in the military and things it will show weakness 🙄. He’s only being in one other relationship. So I think he don’t really know how to feel about things because they didn’t really fight if that makes sense

I think saying he doesn't love you anymore is pretty extreme. I don't think he said it just because. I think he said it bc thats what he was feeling in that moment.
I really think this needs a lot of thought and time and honesty from both of you. IMO, there are certain things that cross the like threatening divorce, saying I hate you etc etc.
