Holy crap this sinus infection is no joke. My throat, face and teeth hurt so bad 😩 my dr told me to take mucinex but then I read it’s not safe to take and the best thing to take is Sudafed. What did y’all take for sinus infections if y’all had one during pregnancy?
Update: never mind she said I can’t take Sudafed bc of my history of blood pressure problems.

I had an AWFUL sinus infection in the first trimester too. It was torture and lasted a few weeks. I used saline spray and took Tylenol but honestly that didn’t help much. Hopefully you feel better soon!
