I need some advice mommas! As everyone knows I babysit a 3 year old little girl. I’ve babysat her for a while now (on and off for almost 3 years). I got offered to go back to school, get my GED, and go to college for free. I’m 100% going to get my GED but I’d really like to go to college too. My issue here tho is the fact that I can’t figure out how/when to tell the little girls mom that I’m going to stop babysitting and finish school and go to college. I mean I’m obviously just gonna be honest but I can’t figure out how to even approach the conversation and find the “right time” 😩😩😩

Honestly the sooner you tell her the better so she can make other arrangements. Just tell her like you put it in the post

I know! I just feel so bad because I know she needs time to babysit but I really want to do this for myself. I’m gonna tell her that I can babysit for her until she can find someone else so that way I’m not just throwing her into a harder situation 😔

Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?

Well it’s official we are doing remote learning in the fall. The school board voted and went along with what the superintendent wanted. I can’t even say I’m upset or mad about it cause I do think it was the right decision and we had a bit of a warning that this was how it was going to go. Even though I’m in a good position, a sahm, and very fortunate I can still say it sucks lol. What about your kids school?
