Almost 5 weeks pp csection and im cramping like I'm about to start my period.  I do breastfeed.  Am I about to start my period?

Even breastfeeding you can get your period back right away. Or it could just be cramping. I breastfed for 15 months but got my period back at 9 months but I did have crampy times before that when I thought I would start but didn't.

I had this! But I was closer to 7 weeks pp. And I had preterm labor.

You’re uterus is probably contracting still .. completely normal
