Has anyone woke up sobbing in the middle of the night? I had a bad dream, not a nightmare, just dreamt I was talking about my life situation right now with my parents and I woke up this morning around 4am sobbing. The dream was so vivid that I still remember everything about the dream. I’ve just never woke up sobbing and freaking out.. kind of crazy :(

The dreams almost feel real!! Luckily I haven’t felt stuck in them, I have been waking up quickly, but still sucks! I hope they get better for you! I think you have it a lot worse!

Yes! I had a bad dream and in the dream I was sobbing and woke up to me shivering/shaking like I was in the dream. I can’t remember now what the dream was but I remember being freaked out when I woke up at how real it felt.
I’m glad it’s not just me! Freaked me out so bad. I couldn’t stop crying. Still now, over 12 hours later, it’s still on my mind!!

Omg I need to vent something weird just happened.... I'm scared because I thought it would never happen. I was in a deep sleep dreaming about ice cream and then all of a sudden I'm feeling wet spots on my neck thinking my fiancé's cat was in the room so I brushed it off. What scared me was then I felt something between my legs not bothered by it. Then all of a sudden I wake up to a twinge in my vagina only to see my fiancé is fucking me in my sleep I wake and was like scared. So I don't say noth...

I had 2 awful nightmares!! and each time i woke up and my heart was pounding... I have bad dreams just about every night 😩
The vivid dreams have been driving me crazy! I've woken up crying, screaming, kicking, and even yelling. I've punched my husband for something he did in the dream and then gone back to sleep. I've been inconsolable while crying and stuck in terror for hours following. The vivid dreams are probably my worst symptom!
