Does it look like I dropped? I had my membranes swept yesterday also. If that makes any difference. I'm 1 cm dilated. And having contractions for a while now. Does anyone think I'll go into labor soon?

Yes! You have the classic "slope" indicating baby is decsending. How far down depends on each baby though 😉
