My 2 year old has been acting out so horribly it's ridiculous I've tried everything to make things better and now she knows her birthday is coming up and she's even been talking about it but shes been so terrible I'm actually contemplating not throwing a birthday party for her 3rd year I'm sorry but bad behavior will not be rewarded and I want her to know that it's not okay to be Manish and hard-headed no I am not raising kids with bad attitudes nor smart mouths no I cannot reward that behavior call it harsh or whatever but it's not okay to act out because you don't get your way or because you can't have something and it's not okay to talk back to your parents I just don't know it's never been this bad it just seems like the older she gets the worse she gets 🤦am I wrong ???

Yes literally completely different and I don't like it at all I just want her to understand it's not okay to do bad things and then think you can still be rewarded for it because that's not how life works

I'm having the same problem with my son since he pretty much turned 3. I swear I did not feel right this year putting all those gifts under the tree for Xmas. He is so bad, it's out if control

And that's exactly how my daughter is her birthday is in February and I just feel like if her behavior doesn't change by her birthday there won't be a birthday

yeah I felt it deep down inside like he just did not deserve the gifts at all. But then again he is only 3 and does not know any better

I understand completely I feel the same way but I also feel like this is where they start learning as well I just don't want this behavior to continue

Yeah me too. I'm afraid it will stay this way. We are also thinking of going to a therapist with him to see how we can handle it better and see what they think is wrong with him.

My daughter is 4 & she’s gotten so bad recently & nothing we do seems to help with it at all. She seems to think that whining like a baby & crying over literally nothing will get her what she wants & is ok. When we stand our ground we’re met with back talk. It’s a fight to even get her to pick up a toy. Me & my husband have tried pretty much everything & I’ve been doing so much research & taking advice from others but she’s just so stubborn it drive me crazy sometimes. Its gotten so bad some days I end up crying out my frustration the moment the situation is over. Hopefully we all find something to help out. Good luck!
