Please, my husband and I need a Christmas miracle and all the prayers we can get. I'm 22wks 3days pregnant with our baby boy and I was rushed to the hospital. After being checked, I'm 4cm dilated. We were told he's not going to survive and have no where to turn. Any thoughts and prayers are greatly appreciated. I already lost my Dad in August, now my baby boy. Please....
I am so sorry for your loss. I can't imagine how you are feeling. May God pour strength and comfort over you both
We lost our little boy. Ian Nicolas was born a sleeping 👼 on Christmas day at 3:45pm. We're both lost. Had to contact the funeral home this morning instead of telling everyone we were expecting.
@snarfyk I have no words, Fly high sweet prince. Thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. (Hugs)
Are you in a hospital with at least a level 3 NICU? Magnesium, steroid shots and upside down. They also gave me a catheter because full bladders don't help. Demand Magnesium if you're not on it already. It stops contractions, but also helps protect baby's brain from bleeds and studies show helps lung development.
Every day in is a victory, its equal to one week of development on the outside. If they can slow things down and get you at least a few more days... it will do wonders.
My guy was born at 23+1, he was IVF so we knew he was exactly 21+1 after conception. They told us to say goodbye, that he would guaranteed be disabled. He'll be 4 in April- he is THRIVING. its been a journey, but he is amazing. 1% chance ... they are warriors. Hang in there ❤ positive thoughts and prayers your way
Thank you so very much for sharing your story. This meant so much to me.
There is still a chance, if they can stop your contractions then maybe they can stitch your cervix closed temporarily and then you'll just have to be on bed rest the for the remainder of your pregnancy, or at least long enough to get baby to cook just long enough to be safe in the NICU. I hope for the best for you and baby and hopefully they can do something
