I don’t know how to feel about my SO suggesting that I should no longer follow my dreams of law enforcement now that we have baby on the way. 😕
I would definitely discuss it with him, I am sure he has a lot of concerns for your safety, etc. And if you're going to be partners in life and parenting you should hear him out.
I really appreciate that... I was very close to heading off to academy to become a state police officer when I found out about baby. I still mention it from time to time but wonder if I’ll be wrong for leaving her for those months that they require you to go away to recruiting school. He always says I’m going to miss out on the most important moments of her life and that I should choose something else
You should just know that just cause you have a child it doesn't mean you can't have a future for your child. This being your first is actually the better time
My advice is to do it anyway, their are online courses. Take it from someone who has been in that situation. I let my man tell me the same thing, but now I decided with this baby that i am no longer letting him control what I go into. I am going to strive for all of our kids futures. It is what is best for you and your lo. Trust me, men are narrowminded and don't always see the big picture. Do what is best for you and your lo.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
You do it anyway, don't let anyone stop your from achieving your goals.
