Is it wrong that my husband drank 9 beers last night but he got diagnosed with bronchitis yesterday day? Am I wrong for thinking that it's weird and wrong for someone to get drunk while they are sick or is this a normal thing? I mean he's kinda acting like he's dying with the man cold and all.

Men are babies when it comes to being sick! My husband also drinks more when he is sick.

I've just never seen anyone get wasted when they were sick. I would think you want to rest and lay down so you can get better faster. I'm sure drinking doesn't help in anyway. But he does drink every night anyway even when not sick

My husband used to drink when he was sick. He was def an alcoholic, lol.

Yeah I will call him out on it and he says he's not an alcoholic. If I see that he drank a lot of beers when I open the fridge in the morning, I ask him how the party was last night. He gets so mad

See to me that would be an alcoholic because they can't even put the drinking aside when they are sick, or let alone have 3 kids

So I just asked him why his drinking while he's on antibiotics. Oh boy did he get defensive as hell. I don't get it. He said he's not my problem. I love how he turns every conversation and question around in me.
