mommies If you knew someone that had a dirty house (laundry and trash everywhere), had rats and some holes in the house, and their (the kids) mom threaten to kill them because she was mad, they're scared of her, and they hardly have any food because their mom uses her ebt on everyone (people that doesn't live there), they're always at they aunts house because they had no food. Would you call dss on them even if it's family?
