So no one told me that getting checked for dilation could be so uncomfortable... But baby girl Talia is 5.13 oz and I'm 36 weeks. 1 cm dilated and 70% effaced.. So we are looking good.

Its the worst lol my doctor has short fkn fingers so his damn knuckles were digging in all the wrong places 🤢 ill never forget that it qas horrible 😂

How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol
