Preparation H for hemroids and pregnancy.. safe or not safe??

@trishanickerson man oh man i had them so bad i called the ambulance 🚑. Like they bled and it was so painful omg unbelievable i was gicen stool softener etc. That did help with elimination process but hard they were so inflammed ph did not bring any relief 🤦🏽‍♀️. My oh my i tried everything possible but i swear by the coolness of the gel lady it's heaven sent 🙌🏽

Buy an aloe vera plant leaf at the grocery store in produce section cut it open and use the gel from inside best relief in your entire life.
