Mamas I need help! I feel like I’m going to loose it! My two month old does not sleep, It’s driving me insane 😔.. She’ll take tiny cat naps during the day. The rest is her crying day and night all the time, It’s hard no matter what I do she doesn’t stop. I legit try everything possible and she just doesn’t stop crying. I get no sleep and it’s hard dealing with my other two with her acting like this..
If you are breastfeeding you may need to change your diet and cut out dairy. What you are eating could be hurting her tummy. If you are formula feeding you may need to look for gentle formula or do soy formula. My son was like this too and he refused to latch so I went to formula and I swear I tried like 10 different formulas before he finally did ok with gentlease from infamil. I'm sorry you are going through this. I know what it's like. I had many breakdowns....maybe still having them, but it will be okay. Stay strong momma!
I breast feed right now, I actually didn’t know my eating can hurt her as well, Thank you for the information!
@karennn, my son seemed to react negatively to my breast milk whenever I had green peppers or onions, so I had to cut those out. Also, when he took pumped bottles of breast milk, we would do a drop of mylicon gas drops or Mommy Bliss gripe water, and those seemed to help as well.
2 month old don't sleep great. That's their job. How often is she eating? If formula- how much? Any arching of her back? Red watery eyes? Where is she sleeping?
She breastfeeds about every 2 to 3 hours. I actually haven’t noticed any arching or red watery eyes. She sleeps in a basinet
@karennn sounds pretty normal then. Extra coffee and push through. It gets better
@karennn, mommy bliss brand you can get it at Target my love
@logansmom8718, that’s the brand we used too, and thought it was quite helpful.
Is she gassy? What formula is she on? Or are you breastfeeding
I breast feed sometimes give her a bottle with what I have pumped. No formulate at all. She has burped a couple of times so that might be it. But she has been this fuzzy for a couple days now
@karennn, she can be gassy try either gas drops or gripe water and keep burping her my son was the same way I was breastfeeding and had to stop for personal reason and now he’s on special formula cause of food allergies
@alyboo102293, Agree with @alyboo102293, baby tummy is prolly upset !! Is what it sounds like try drops try gripe water hopefully she’ll feel better soon
Does she have colic or reflux, usually when they won’t stop crying despite all efforts it’s because their belly hurts. I do gas drops with my LO and he’s doing a lot better now he was crying a ton, he also cries if I don’t hold him while he sleeps so we bed share.
thank you I’ll definitely look in to that. And she has an appointment on the 26 so I’ll also bring it up
This week has been the hardest week of my life! Ever since my 1 year old was born she’s always had an AMAZING sleep schedule. She would wake up once a night maybe two but it was rare. As she grew up she stopped waking up at all and would sleep her 9-10 hours straight. Well this week she’s been waking up 4 hours after her bedtime, crying and screaming. I rock her back to sleep but she’s like a ticking bomb, as soon as she feels me putting her on her crib she immediately wakes up crying. It’s take...
I’ve posted about my defiant toddler many times before but I’m really at a loss now. She deliberately disobeys. Like, she knows what “no” means and if she’s doing something she knows she’s not supposed to I can ask “do you want to go in timeout?” And she’ll answer “no” and SOMETIMES stop.. I can’t take her anywhere cause she refuses to listen. She runs wild, screams, throws tantrums etc. At home she’s just as bad and absolutely nothing I do or say helps. Timeout doesn’t work, hand poppings don’t...
I posted the day before yesterday about my friend.. & well....... her fiancé came over, AND she came alone 😐 we eat sit around and after awhile my husband takes him to the back & the next thing I know he’s coming in the house with a weird look on his face, asking her if there was something he should know, I instantly gets up just in case someone turns into a maniac....... well long story short he cried & told her how disloyal she is & how disappointed he was.. she’s crying asking me why would I ...
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
I’m really trying my hardest to help one of my friends but it’s so hard she doesn’t listen to my advice. She’s a stay at home mom and she has 3 kids under age 5. Her husband works full time 10-12 hour shifts 6 days a week and they depend solely on his income. She’s always telling me how bad they struggle and complaining about not having money and I send her part-time jobs she could get but she says childcare is the issue. I even found a daycare that would let her bring her two younger kids that ...
My son was this way for a bit until we tried mylicon drops, helped him a little bit but then realized he also has AR, so he is now on medicine for that. Does she spit up more than "normal", Make a face like she has a bad taste in her mouth??
