This heartburn is horrendous, everytime I eat, no matter what it is it's severe. No amount of gaviscon is helping! 😭😭. What else can I do?

Transgender children

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

Lol why does it matter what times I brush my teeth ? . As long as brush my teeth twice a day it shouldn't matter 🤣😂😂. Yes I brush after I eat breakfast instead of before🤷‍♀️.

When ever I go out to eat with friends we always Split evenly no matter what anyone got!

So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
