I constantly feel sick like I’m about to throw up, but I don’t actually throw up. Is there anything I can take for this?

Drinking plenty of water and eating frozen grapes we're the only thing that helped me with that feeling. And tiny snacks often. I feel more sick if my stomach is any kind of empty.

Get pedialyte and put it in an ice cube tray. And freeze it. Then eat on them when you can’t keep stuff down. They help a lot

I haven’t been able to eat much really, bread is the only thing my stomach somewhat agrees with. I’m definitely going to try that. Thank you

you’re welcome. It helps when you can’t drink water either cause of all the electrolytes it has

I hated that feeling. I felt green until 2nd trimester. Sipping water throughout the day helped and crackers. Napping too when possible
