Hi hi! I have a question! Is it okay to take flintstone vitimens instead of taking prenatal vitimens?
Honestly I would confirm with your doctor. I dont see why not. Just make sure youre getting enough folic acid and iron.
@saleena Thats what im doing rn is taking extra strength tylenol and to me i hate taking any kinds of pain meds idk period even before i was pregnant i just felt that i shouldnt take them unless really needed i also took the gummies before the prenatals i take now and i couldnt take them anymore the smell and the taste made me so sick it was awful
Yesss my entire pregnancy I did. Just take 2 a day that way you get he amount of folic acid you need and make sure they’re the complete care ones.
@madelinemoore72, absolutely! Yeah the regular prenatals made me so sick so my dr told me about those.
@saleena aww dang! I think these r the reasons for my head aches but i have no clue honestly so i just wanted to try these out
@madelinemoore72, yeah definitely try them. I also had the worse migraines and was taking extra strength Tylenol up until week 25 🤦🏽♀️
Yes for an adult dose. But you need to add folic acid vitamins to the mix
Check the label... I agree you need a certain amount of folic acid for baby brain & spinal cord to develop properly and iron too since you're producing more blood to pump both for you & baby so you don't want to become anemic. In my experience every prenatal differs and no 1 has everything & is affordable. I opted for costco nature made prenatals with omega3/dha it has ~5 month supply for $20 or $16 on sale... 2 bottles for my whole pregnancy sounds better than $20 a month from cvs/target. Hopefully you get what you need🤞🏻 without breaking the bank
