The earliest I felt symptoms was 7 weeks. I got a positive pregnancy test way before then.

It would be unlikely to have actual pregnancy symptoms at 3-4 weeks. Generally symptoms most commonly begin at 6-7. 🤞🏻🤞🏻

I had diarrhea before I even knew I was pregnant but since I don’t track I didn’t know how far I was til they told me at the doctor

I noticed my breasts felt bigger and were itchy, I had mood swings and fatigue - I tested that night and got a positive! I was 5weeks then. If you think you're showing symptoms then I would test - if it's negative try not to be discouraged and just wait until you've missed your period to test again. No harm in testing too much really.
