What do Braxton Hicks contractions feel like? What do contraction feel like?

As far as I’ve had, period cramps and back ache at same time but it’s really hard to say because mine come so random

my belly gets really tight and hard and sometimes it’s harder to breath if I’m laying down

My belly would get really tight and I’d get period like cramps and it got hard to breath. My real contractions were in my back so Idk what real ones feel like in my stomach

They can be very uncomfortable ! Your whole belly tightens up really hard for about 20 seconds or longer. They usually don't hurt but they are uncomfortable.
