My belly would get really tight and I’d get period like cramps and it got hard to breath. My real contractions were in my back so Idk what real ones feel like in my stomach

As far as I’ve had, period cramps and back ache at same time but it’s really hard to say because mine come so random

hperry845 I also went in wanting to do it natural, then finally asked for the epidural about 7

They can be very uncomfortable ! Your whole belly tightens up really hard for about 20 seconds or longer. They usually don't hurt but they are uncomfortable.
