I have an appointment today to get birth control and i’m at a total loss as to which to get. The pill is not an option for me. I forget to take it and it mkes me feel sick. Was thinking the shot as i’ve had it before but i’ve heard not great things. My goal with birth control is to minimize my period as much as possible. After having my daughter, my periods make me feel so sick and I’d just rather

not deal with that. The shot made me not get a period at all, but like I said i’m not sure if i want the shot again. Any recommendations?!
