How do you make friends in real life? Like, my youngest daughter's father and I have decided it would be best if we were just friends and co parent, so he is moving into his apartment tomorrow. Well other than him I have zero friends. I have no clue how to even make friends, like friends that will actually come over and hang out with me and my kiddos. Are there any apps that may help?

I tried that app but I guess there just isn't a lot around me that use it. I do live in a smaller City.
@momsrmagical thats awesome lol. Unfortunately it's about to snow hard here and is too cold for me to walk anywhere. I dont have a car right now so I'm just stuck :(
Just try taking your kids places. The park, the YMCA, the library etc.... it might not happen right away but eventually you'll find some moms that you'll click with and exchanged numbers. I once went to the grocery store and there was a little boy in the car next to us they were getting ready to leave we were getting ready to leave the little boy wanted to say hi to my daughter next thing I knew half an hour later we were exchanging numbers after chatting it up in the parking lot while the kids played in her car. Eventually we found out that they both go to the same Karate Dojo and she only lives five minutes down the street
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
