I’m so upset. I was in the hospital last night for 6 hours with contractions every 5 minutes and dilated to 1cm so the doctor advised me to do NOTHING for two days; not even unload the dishwasher. So our bathroom flooded this morning and we had to use basically every single towel we own to clean it up and my SO said well you can do that laundry today (I don’t work) and I told him I can't the doctor told me she doesn't even want me to unload the dishwasher. And he SNAPPED on me. I was taking him to work and the whole time he was saying how I never do anything around the house; I clean it EVERY day. Make sure dinner is made for him every night. So anyways; I'm dropping him off at work and he said something and I said "just stop" and he screams in my face and punches the steering wheel. He got out of the car and starts walking off so I stopped him... All because I said I wouldn’t carry the heavy wet towels down the stairs.... and now he’s trying to say sorry that he was wrong. Ugh! 😭😥

Sounds like you should go stay at a friends or family's house for a few days.
@penelope127, @cams, he use to be then I almost left him and everything had been perfect since. But this morning he just snapped
I agree with @laniejay, he needs to get some counseling so he can figure out ways to handle his anger. He can’t be lashing out like that when baby gets here.
Sounds like he could hide it long enough to get you back. Anger management and abusive behavior takes years of working on and follow up maintenance.
Woo, he sounds like an ass. I'd be having a come to jesus meeting with him. Counseling before the baby comes or a new place to live
Umm that is not okay. He sounds like he has some serious anger problems that needs to be addressed ASAP. You should've let him keep walking.
Sounds like he has anger issues and needs some help with that. That type of behaviour is not normal at all, if you were told to not do anything he should be taking it seriously.
Yeah he does. He should be concerned about keeping that baby in. He can do the towels when he gets off work. Is he always like this?
We talked about it in depth and he said it’s because he had his meds changed. Which I understand because I’ve been there. Things are much better now
